During the process of writing paper 2 I took a lot of things that I previously experienced and applied to this paper from the lifespan of the progress of paper 1. I took the strategy of working on this paper well in advance of the deadline as well as comparing texts through text on text analysis that I believe enhanced paper 2 in a variety of ways. For me personally, I thought the peer edits and review roughly half way through this paper were very beneficial as in my paper’s case I needed a little bit more direction that was provided by my peers during this review. Without this guidance early on in the process my ideas and vision for my paper would have tailed off in a way that I did not want my paper to go when I first sat down to write it. I took these constructive criticism of my paper to heart and really dove into how I could make this paper have a better structure to it and flow much better with the ideas that I was trying to express that were choppy at the start. I enjoyed writing this paper much more than paper 1 given the strategies that I learned through writing the first paper and with the guidance of the midway peer reviews I believe helped my paper 2 tremendously.
